Jordan Medical Council Law No. 18 of 2022, as summarized on the Council’s functions page, says a physician may not practise a specialty or advertise as a specialist before the certificate is assessed, the Council exam is passed, and a specialty certificate is issued. Older registrations can fall under earlier exceptions, so ask to see the current document.
